Latest Inclement Weather Forecast for our area..

Overall forecast confidence is medium to high. Rain showers will begin later this morning. Rain will increase this afternoon with periods of rain through the rest of today and tonight. A few thunderstorms may also occur. Rain may be heavy at times with heaviest rainfall expected between about 8pm this evening and 4am Monday. Instances of standing water and flooding may develop. Precipitation will end by late Monday morning. Average rainfall amounts: 1.75-2.25" are expected with localized higher amounts possible. High temperatures today will be in the upper 50s to lower 60s. Low temperatures Monday morning will be in the upper 30s to lower 40s. Highs on Monday will be in the lower 40s, likely occurring in the morning with steady to slowly falling temperatures thereafter. Winds will increase this afternoon becoming south-southwest at 12-20 mph gusting to 25-35 mph, increasing this evening to 15-25 mph gusting to 35-45 mph with highest gusts mainly around the heavier rain showers. Gusty winds continue into Monday morning and afternoon. A few peak brief gusts to 45-50 mph may occur. Winds will diminish Monday evening/night to 10-15 mph with gusts to 20-30 mph until late evening. Dry weather is expected Monday afternoon and Monday night.
