It is with very deep regret that I inform you of the passing of former fire Commissioner and exempt member Ronald Boyce III. On behalf of the entire RVFC family, I send our deepest condolences to the Boyce family, including his father, current member and former District 3 Commissioner, Ronald Boyce, Jr.

You will be greatly missed brother by all of us. Please keep his family in your prayers.
