March, 2017 Monthly Update

 April 4, 2017

Good afternoon! Here is an update on our happenings at Robertsville Fire. We are busy planning spring projects around the grounds and with the firehouse itself. We are also planning our Annual Pancake Breakfast With The Easter Bunny on Saturday April 15th. Please see the post on our website or Facebook for details! We answered ___ calls for service in March. These included two runs to Marlboro District 1 for a garage fire and a house fire on Trudeau, a brush fire, a snow storm, a vehicle fire at Costco, several motor vehicle accidents involving extrication, and an overturned vehicle. We participated in several drills too. We also saw the recent Fire Academy Graduation of FF Anthony Morgante, Congratulations!! Click below for some updated pictures!

Let Us Remember 25 years ago today...

On February 26, 1993, terrorists drove a rental van into a parking garage under the World Trade Center’s twin towers and lit the fuses on a homemade bomb stuffed inside. Six people died and more than 1,000 were injured in the massive explosion, which carved out a crater several stories deep and propelled smoke into the upper reaches of the skyscrapers. At the time, it was one of the worst terrorist attacks ever to occur on U.S. soil.

Lived through it made it out was a horrible day for this country. 🇺🇸

I worked at 1 WFC. I was out sick that day. My coworkers said the blast knocked the clocks off the walls of my office across the street
